History

Our Yellow House

The Historic Yellow House was originally built in 1893 by the Saginaw & Manistee Lumber Mill. It served as the bunkhouse and supervisor's office for many years. It was then sold to the Negrette family in 1920 where it stayed for over 93 years!

The rich history of the home and area are fascinating and make it a great 'summer cottage' in a wonderful mountain community! The best Williams vacation rental around!

The house features 3 full bathrooms, four bedrooms with two king beds, one queen bed, a twin bed and small loft bed. The house will comfortably accommodate groups up to eight (8) people.

Amenities

Bright, fully stocked modern kitchen - all the way down to Penzey's spices provided! Free wi-fi, Netflix, satellite tv, coffee, high end toiletries, laundry soap, and laundry facility included. There is a large yard with a grill and patios that will invite you to relax with family and friends. We have beautiful gardens in the summer, a blanket of snow in the winter. The central location allows you to WALK to almost all of the Williams area attractions.
